What must a customer do to cancel a service?
A customer may cancel services at any time by notifying the company in writing or by verbal notification.
How is money refunded?
Refunds will be credited back to the customer on the same credit card that was used for the initial purchase. If initial purchase was made by check, we will mail you a refund check within 5 business days.
